- a lot has changed since then – not only did I graduate from extract/partial mash brewing to all-grain brewing, but I added a keggle-based two-tier system, four-tap kegerator/keezer, custom pump/chiller box, and stirplate to the brew arsenal.
- after years of wishful thinking, I also finally took the plunge into wild fermentations, built a sour pipeline, and filled a lambic solera barrel in pursuit of barrel-aged excellence.
- all of these developments wouldn’t be possible without friends and family who provided positive feedback, support, and inspiration since my first stovetop brew. as a gesture of my appreciation I created some overcarbed merch using a screenprinting kit and a little elbow grease – enjoy!
